Shipping policy

When do you ship?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Saturday.  Processing time is 3-5 days.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, France, United Kingdom, Italy and Germany.   

How do you ship?

United States
Most domestic orders under 1lb are shipped via USPS.  Domestic orders over 1lb will ship either by UPS, USPS or Fedex. 

International
All orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex.

All orders have tracking numbers.  Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to the customer once the label has been printed.

What are the rates to ship?

United States
There is a $6.00 flat fee for orders placed in the United States under $79.00. Orders placed in the United States over $79 ship for free.

Rest of World
For orders between $1 and $10.00, there is a $2.50 flat fee for shipping.  For orders between $10.01 and $125, there is a flat shipping fee of $19.  For orders over $125, the shipping fee is $29 (USD)
